Dear Aorangi Member,
Looking ahead to our next meeting on Tuesday 24 March at our new venue, The Remuera Club, I would like to thank those of you who have shared encouraging feedback and helpful suggestions. We have the General Manager’s assurance that arrangements will be significantly improved.
I am delighted to share that, following our last meeting, Stephanie Tattersfield has very kindly agreed to take on the role of Honorary Secretary. We are most grateful. Stephanie brings strong business and administrative experience, and we warmly welcome her to the committee. She will assume full responsibility for the club’s Gmail account, which is currently being transferred and will have the support of the committee as she commences her new role.
It will be my pleasure to introduce Stephanie at our next meeting.
As a reminder, our next speaker will be Brad Cohen, General Director of New Zealand Opera, fresh from conducting the recent production of Bluebeard’s Castle with the original cast and the Auckland Philharmonia—a truly magnificent and memorable performance.
